MANAGER OPERATIONS, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT (JDB0707ODD)

Brief Description :

Responsible for project planning or design and the execution process for efficiency result and quality improvement of banking operations.

• At least 4 years managerial experience in banking industry with an exposure to banking process improvement.


• Good knowledge on operational banking processes and procedures.


• Expertise in designing and analyzing improvement in the operational banking area by applying Six Sigma methods.


• Good leadership and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.


• Good project management and coordination skill.


• Strong analytical and logical thinking.


• Green Belt Six Sigma or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification would be an advantage.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor or MBA degree from reputable university


• Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English is a must


• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and a high degree of integrity.


• Pleasant personality and has an excellent customer service orientation.
